Why doesn’t my tracking number show any updates yet?

Tracking information will only update once your local carrier has received the package.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can make changes as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Why my order is not sent?
